Hello, my name is Esmeralda, Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Esmeralda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I embarked on my Yoga journey over ten years ago.<\/p>\n

My curiosity and my desire to learn Yoga, led me to try a lot of different kinds of Yoga, following that path of investigations I took the decision that completely changed my life, taking my first yoga teacher training in Yoga integral. This first training was soon followed by many others.<\/p>\n
